Green Stuff
For several days I had noticed mom putting lawn clippings into the blender. The result was this green, sort of concoction that resembled putting ocean water in and whirling it around. Since my ideas of blender products have always been things like ice cream (first ingredient), fruit, and that sort of thing, the lawn clippings smoothie did not carry much appeal. Then one evening while she was preparing dinner she said , "try it." I got a sacrament sized paper cup and filled it about 1/2 full - certain that this would burn a hole in my esophagus. Then, to my utter astonishment, I actually - well - liked it! It was honestly good. Since then, mom has been blending up any variety of things that have opened my world to a whole new level of health. We are eating better. We are happy. It's like wearing a snuggie all the time.

Egg Nog Euphoria
If you thought egg nog was just for the holidays, think again! February is the perfect time to fire up the blender with a little egg nog delight. Here is the precise recipe. Do not deviate from these measurements! Pour in some egg-beaters. (If you use real eggs, mom will lecture you about salmonella poisoning.) Pour in some skim milk. Dump in some nutmeg and cinnamon. Put in some Splenda or real sugar if you must. A bit of real vanilla will bring it to life. Then blend for awhile. These precisely measured ingredients have been tested in our labs for generations and we have found them to be just the key to egg nog euphoria.
By the way, the Chocolate Heaven video and Lil'bee the blender supervisor video were splendid (not Splendad.) To me, there is something about making drinks out of lawn clippings though that leaves the taste buds hoping for something more.

One more week!
(When you post something what's the difference between the Edit Html tab and the Compose tab?)
Okay, this is just a friendly reminder that this is the last week to post your blender video of the month. It doesn't have to be cool. Just post something so you don't ruin the fun.
(Then when you post your video, email me so you can tell me how to do it. Do you just upload a video on youtube and then post a link?)

Introduction
Hello fellow ultimate blender owners. This is a blog I've created for posting wonderful blender recipes, experiences, but most importantly, award winning videos. This blog is mostly for Dad, Mom and Cameron/Mark, Julianne, and Cameron to view or blender happenings in the comfort of their own home. It is suggested that each blender owning couple post at least one blender video per month. (Posts of new recipes, pictures etc. should be added whenever you feel like it.) The videos will then be awarded titles at the end of the month presented by Mark, Julianne, and Cameron. Awards may be different every month, but may include titles such as best recipe, funniest video, lamest video, best overall, etc. Have fun! Start filming. You have less than 20 days left of January!
